| Resumo: | Este trabalho tem por objetivo fazer uma breve análise do processo das relações de trabalho ao longo da história, bem como as soluções buscadas por países como a Itália e Brasil para resolver os problemas apresentados. Inicialmente, será apresentada a conceituação clássica de alguns institutos do direito do trabalho e, posteriormente, demonstrado os questionamentos que têm surgido acerca dos mesmos institutos. A discussão será fixada em torno da parassubordinação, fenômeno que embora não reconhecido pelo sistema jurídico nacional, vem de maneira crescente sendo introduzido no ordenamento jurídico de diversos países do mundo. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this study is to make a brief analysis of the historical process of labor relations , the search for solutions in the European Union and Brazil. To do so, it will initially presented the classical concept of some labor law institutes and later will be shown which questions that have arisen about the same institutes and solution proposals. The discussion will be fixed around the parassubordinação, a phenomenon which although not recognized by the national legal system, it is growing its being introduced into the legal system of many countries. |
