| Resumo: | O presente trabalho consiste-se de um livro paradidático com o título “O que são ações afirmativas?” e pretende ser uma ferramenta de auxílio a professores e estudantes do Ensino Médio que queiram entender um pouco melhor este tipo de política. O material é dividido em três partes, na primeira buscamos desvelar historicamente o tráfico escravista e seus protagonistas, na segunda parte o objetivo foi analisar como este processo de segregação impacta os dias de hoje. Por fim, na terceira parte nos dedicamos ao tema das ações afirmativas em si. |
| Abstract: | The present work consists of a paradidático book with the title "What are affirmative actions?" And intends to be a tool of assistance of professors and students of High School that want to understand a little better this type of policy. The material is divided in three parts, in the first we seek to unveil the slave trade and its protagonists in the second part, the objective was to analyze how this process of segregation impacts today. Finally, in the third part we focus on the subject of affirmative action itself. |
