| Resumo: | Atualmente o mercado de ações vem se tornando cada vez mais acessível às mais diversas classes sociais e por consequência o tema vem ganhando relevância e virou alvo de debates acerca de melhorias a serem implementadas. Frente isso temos que um tema de grande importância é a dissociação entre propriedade e controle nas sociedades anônimas. Pesquisando-se em obras jurídicas e legislação pertinente, procurou-se fazer um estudo teórico sobre a natureza jurídica, função e estrutura das Sociedades Anônimas e visualizar as inovações trazidas com relação a proteção aos minoritários. |
| Abstract: | Nowadays the stock market has becoming more accessible to many kinds of social classes and consequently the theme has gaining relevance and became subject of discussions about the improvements to be implemented. Face to this we have a theme of great importance that is the dissociation between ownership and the control of joint-stock companies. Researches in legal works it had been made a theoretical study about the legal nature, functions and the structure of joint-stock companies and view the innovations brought in relation to the protection to minority. |
