A duração dos processos nos juizados especiais cíveis estaduais como um dos obstáculos ao efetivo acesso à justiça

Abstract

The main objective of this monograph is theoretically contribute to the theme trough bibliographic research of the studies about the obstacles to effective access to justice as the result of the long duration of the processes in the Special Civil Courts State. The concept of effective access to justice was investigated, reasonable duration of the processes, the purpose of the Special Courts, as well as the duration of the processes in these instances, and, finally, the long period of processes conduct as an obstacle to effective access to justice. In this research, were identified statics data and renowned authors in the Civil Litigation. This monograph is an exploratory study using the literature review method.
