| Resumo: | O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar o que os cartões de créditos representam para os credenciados por meio de discussões sobre leis, moral e teorias sobre o que é uma sociedade justa. Discutir, com base na maneira de se pensar sobre Justiça de Michael Sandel, até que ponto deve-se aplicar o mercado livre em detrimento do preço justo e se o Estado deve regulamentar e fiscalizar a indústria de cartão de crédito, mesmo que interferindo na liberdade de negociação dos agentes. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this research is to analyze what the credit card represents for accredited through discussions about law, morality and theories about what is a fair society. Discuss, based in what is Justice for Michael Sandel, to what extent should apply the free market to the detriment of fair price and whether the government should regulate and supervise the credit card industry, even interfering with freedom 'bargaining agents. |
