| Resumo: | O presente feito tem por escopo analisar o controle societário nas startups selecionadas pelo programa governamental “Start-up Brasil” e se isso é relevante ou não para o sucesso dos negócios nascentes. Para tanto foi feita uma pesquisa no material disponibilizado pelo Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação e no edital de convocação para o programa. Além disso houve a pesquisa de opiniões de especialistas sobre o assunto. Conclui-se que o programa perdeu a opurtunidade em regular um tema que é crucial para o sucesso da startup. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze corporate control in the startups selected by government program "Start-up Brazil" and if this is relevant or not for the success of nascent businesses. For such a search was done on the material provided by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and the notice of meeting for the program. Plus there was the search for expert opinions on the subject. It is concluded that the program lost the opportunity to regulate a topic that is crucial for the success of the Startup. |
