| Resumo: | O presente feito tem por escopo elucidar o que se entende por Teoria Geral do Processo de modo que se conclua pela viabilidade de sua construção (ou reconstrução). Para tanto, foi feita pesquisa bibliográfica com o objetivo de se conhecer, dos termos mais simples que servem à propedêutica do tema, a argumentos favoráveis e contrários à própria Teoria Geral do Processo. Conclui-se que eventual resistência à existência de uma Teoria Geral do Processo relaciona-se à má compreensão de conceitos, sendo essa pertinente e necessária. Muito embora seja assunto fértil, a proposta do trabalho monográfico de conclusão de curso fez com que a discussão se limitasse a uma abordagem mais superficial e sutil. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to elucidate what is meant by General Theory of Procedure so it could be concluded about the viability of its construction (or reconstruction). To this end, literature search was performed in order to know, from the simplest terms that serve for the initials explanations about the subject until favor of and against General Theory of Process arguments. It was concluded that any resistance to the existence of a General Theory of Procedure is related to poor understanding of concepts, noticing that General Theory of Procedure is relevant and necessary. Although it is a fertile subject, the proposal of this kind of work made the discussion limited to a more superficial and subtle approach. |
