| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem por objeto de estudo a análise do ensino jurídico contemporâneo, bem como os frutos principais dessa metodologia de ensino, feito através dos conceitos de habilidades (aptidões, destreza, talento) e competências necessárias para a formação de um bom jurista. Com esses direcionais, vamos tentar compreender os alcances e limitações do artigo 4 da resolução do CNE/CES n.09, que traz elencado e seu corpo, as habilidades e competências mínimas, que um curso de graduação em Direito deverá possibilitar para a formação de seus juristas e aplicadores do Direito. Ainda, fazendo uma análise pontual sobre o curso da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, sobre o atendimento a essas regras mínimas e como é feito o desenvolvimento dessas características mostradas como necessárias para um bom jurista, segundo tal orientação. |
| Abstract: | The present work is the object of study analysis of contemporary legal education, as well as the main fruits of this teaching methodology , made through the concepts of ability (skills, dexterity, taleto) and competence required for the formation of a good lawyer . With these directional, we will try to understand the scope and limitations of Article 4 of Resolution CNE / CES n.09, which brings your body part listed and the minimum skills and competencies that an undergraduate degree in law should allow for the formation of their legal and law enforcers. Still, making a timely analysis of the course of the Faculty of Law at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, on the fulfillment of these minimum and how is the development of those characteristics shown to be necessary for a good jurist rules, according to this orientation. |
