| Resumo: | “O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por objetivo verificar se é possível falar em participação popular no planejamento urbano de Lima Duarte, quando da elaboração do seu Plano Diretor no ano de 2013. Parte-se do pressuposto que a verdadeira essência da democracia só é encontrada na sua forma participativa. Durante o planejamento urbano, a participação popular efetiva é essencial para que se construam cidades mais democráticas. Sendo assim, pretendeu-se compreender em que medida a participação popular se efetivou na fase de elaboração do Plano Diretor de Lima Duarte através da analise da fase de sua elaboração.” |
| Abstract: | “The present graduation conclusion assignment aims to verify if it is possible to consider the community participation on the urban planning framework of Lima Duarte , regarding to its Urban Directive Plan in 2013. It is assumed that the true meaning of democracy can only be reached when there is public participation. During the urban planning framework, the effectiveness of public participation is essential for the democratic development of the cities. Thus, the report made intended to analyze how the public participation was considered into of the framework plan of Lima Duarte, during the elaboration phase.” |
