| Resumo: | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso consiste em analisar o marketing de emboscada e o bem jurídico protegido nos crimes de marketing de emboscada instituídos pela Lei Geral da Copa. Inicialmente, é esboçado o panorama da origem e do desenvolvimento do fenômeno do marketing de emboscada e a sua conceituação. Posteriormente, mostrará as legislações mundiais a respeito do tema e apresentará os crimes de marketing de emboscada por associação e por intrusão na Lei Geral da Copa. Em seguida, analisa-se o conteúdo de bem jurídico. Por fim, apresenta o patrimônio como o bem jurídico tutelado nos crimes de marketing de emboscada. |
| Abstract: | This course conclusion work is to analyze the ambush marketing and the legal interests protected in ambush marketing crimes established by the World Cup General Law. Initially, it is sketched the picture of the origin and development of the ambush marketing phenomenon and its conceptualization. Later, show the world the laws on the subject and present the ambush marketing crimes by association and intrusion in the World Cup General Law. Then analyzes the legal and content. Finally, it presents the equity as well tutored in the legal ambush marketing crimes. |
