| Abstract: | This paper seeks to ascertain the relevance of human rights discourse from an analysis of the international regime of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, supported by Brazil's performance in the effective protection of human rights, seeking to better understand the problems of their participation in the case of construction of the Belo Monte Hydroelectric. |
