| Resumo: | Este trabalho trata de uma análise dos contornos do direito de resistência nas sociedades constitucionais da contemporaneidade, frente aos questionamentos da legitimidade do exercício do poder dos Estados de hoje. Após exibir o conceito de norma que orienta esta monografia e fazer uma pesquisa histórica sobre o tema, aponta-se como o direito de resistência se configura nas sociedades contemporâneas e como pode ser compatibilizado com os ordenamentos constitucionais, inclusive o brasileiro. |
| Abstract: | This essay is about an analysis of the outlines of the right of resistance in contemporary constitutional societies, in face of the questioning of the legitimacy of today States' power exercise. After showing the concept of norm that guides this monograph and making an historical research about the subject, this essay points how the right of resistance is configured in contemporary societies and how it can be made compatible with constitutional legal systems, including the brazilian one. |
