| Resumo: | O Direito da Infraestrutura é uma área do Direito relativamente nova, mas que vêm ganhando destaque com o Programa de Investimento em Logística. Esse programa foi elaborado pelo Governo Federal e teve sua primeira fase lançada em 2012. Atualmente já se encontra em sua segunda fase e tem como principal objetivo a realização de concessões em todos os modais de transporte (rodoviário, ferroviário, portuário e aeroviário) no território nacional. Algumas concessões já foram realizadas e bem sucedidas, como a concessão do trecho Juiz de Fora – Brasília da BR-040. Contudo, ainda há muitas concessões a serem estudadas, planejadas e finalizadas, com a participação da iniciativa privada desde o início através do Plano de Manifestação de Interesse que é apresentado pelas concessionárias. |
| Abstract: | The Infrastructure´s Law is a law area relatively new, but have gained prominence with the Logistics Investiments Program. This program was developed by the Federal Government and had its first phase launched in 2012. Currently is already in its second phase and has as main objective the achievement of concessions in all modes of transport (road, rail, port and air transportation) in the national territory. Some concessions have been implemented and successful, as the granting of Juiz de Fora - Brasilia (BR-040). However, there are still many concessions to be studied, planned and finalized with the participation of the private sector from the beginning through the Expression of Interest Plan that is submitted by the concessionaires. |
