Financiamento de campanhas políticas pelo capital privado e a improbidade administrativa

Abstract

The administrative improbity is an illegality directly associated with incidents of corruption that being waged within our country for a long time. This monograph pretends to demonstrate this reason in the private financing of the political campaigns for legal entities as much as by individuals. The political financing exclusively made by State would be a way to financially match the political candidates that would not need to worry about compensate the capital owners that promotes their political marketing, worrying just about concretize the common good, reducing the administrative improbity incidents. This way, would be encouraged elections targeted to debates about ideas, not about a personal sympathy of citizens by candidates, creating an impartial and rational analysis of the proposals displayed and of their real possibilities of achievement. Will be introduced through literature critical dialectical methodology the modalities of the administrative improbity, the present proceeding about the financing of the political campaigns in Brazil, the need of the current situation be changed and the possible solution to this obstacle.
