| Resumo: | Este trabalho tem por objetivo verificar e analisar a influência que a mídia tem através dos meios de comunicação, de suas opiniões diversas, e o seu papel sobre as decisões do juiz penal e sobre a sociedade, opiniões essas que tem um tom emotivo para poder manipular todas as partes envolvidas no desenrolar do processo e como podem agir negativamente e positivamente na mente das pessoas. A influência da mídia atualmente é um fato inegável e a todo instante, diversas notícias chegam ao público ditando regras, moldando e formando opiniões. No campo do direito penal, a mídia divulga e acompanha crimes dos mais diversos, dando especial atenção àqueles que chocam e que podem ser facilmente vendidos como matéria de grande repercussão e comoção. Neste aspecto, a atuação midiática sensacionalista e apelativa pode influenciar decisões jurídicas como as do Tribunal do Júri. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to verify and analyze the influence that the media has through the media, their diverse opinions, and their role on the decisions of the criminal judge and on the society, which opinions have an emotive tone to be able to manipulate All parties involved in the process and how they can act negatively and positively in people's minds. The influence of the media today is an undeniable fact and at all times, various news come to the public dictating rules, shaping and forming opinions. In the field of criminal law, the media disseminate and accompany crimes of the most diverse, giving special attention to those who collide and can be easily sold as a matter of great repercussion and commotion. In this respect, sensationalistic and appealing media performance can influence legal decisions such as those of the Jury. |
