Do enquadre do “direito” ao enquadre do “favor”: a negociação de posicionamentos na resolução de conflitos em audiências de conciliação

Abstract

This work intend to investigate the way by which people who are engaged in a mediation context position themselves and the others in relation with the burden of the prove. It was observated the frames that englobe the positionings mencionated and the intersections between these frames and postionings with the alignments. For that, it was used a qualitative and interpretative methodology, conjugated with methods of Conversation Analisis, the Interactional Sociolinguistic and the Ethnography of Speak.
