| Resumo: | A justiça e a imparcialidade são temas centrais debatidos em obras como Oréstia e Medida por Medida. Pretende-se analisar ambas as obras e compreender, dentro do debate sobre o assunto, a contribuição que podem exercer em discussões contemporâneas sobre justiça e imparcialidade. Assim, as obras serão analisadas separadamente para, em seguida, ser estabelecida uma comparação entre os modelos do justo e imparcial e contextualizada a análise aos dias atuais. Conclui-se que há complementariedade das obras em relação aos conceitos de imparcialidade e justiça, e que estas devem ser utilizadas como base para melhor compreensão e aplicação daquilo considerado, hoje, como justo. |
| Abstract: | Justice and impartiality are central themes discussed in works such as Oresteia and Measure for Measure. We intend to analyze both works and understand, through the debate on the subject, the contribution they can exercise in contemporary discussions about justice and impartiality. Therefore, the works are analyzed separately to then draw a comparison between models of fair and impartial and contextualize the analysis to the present days. In conclusion, there is complementation between the works in relation to the concepts of impartiality and justice, and those should be used as a basis for better understanding and application of what is considered, today, as fair. |
