Abstract: This research investigated the intersection between Afro-tourism and Black women’s protagonism in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The general objective was to analyze and systematize the attractions, narratives, and sociocultural initiatives that highlight this protagonism, using territorial diagnosis and inventory as a basis for designing a tourist route. The methodology, qualitative and descriptive in nature, is grounded in the application of a selective inventory from a decolonial perspective, adapted from the model of the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism. The categorization prioritized memories and cycles of ancestry rather than merely institutional criteria. For the design of the route, the Business Model Canvas tool was employed, structuring a value proposition focused on an Afro-centered narrative and on mediation channels supported by digital platforms. The materialization of the route was carried out through the Google My Maps platform, resulting in an itinerary located in the hypercentral area of the city, connecting the trajectories of figures such as Maria do Arraial, Adélia Sampaio, Conceição Evaristo, Carolina Maria de Jesus, Lélia Gonzalez, Maíra Baldaia, and Kelma Zenaide, among others. Although propositional in nature and still pending experimental validation with the public, the study established the methodological and spatial foundations for the future operational implementation of the route. It is concluded that the articulation between the selective inventory and the Canvas modeling enables the development of tourism products with social impact, promoting symbolic reparation and strengthening Black intangible cultural heritage in the urban space.
