| Resumo: | O trabalho que apresento se iniciou com uma exploração do tema “melancolia”, e tinha por objetivo relatar minha experiência pessoal com a depressão, buscando alguma luz sobre o tema. Com o decorrer do tempo, porém, o território se ampliou e se complexificou: assim como fui capaz de superar o estado de inércia melancólica, também ampliei os horizontes para além das dores e do meu sofrimento psíquico. Desta maneira, apresento um relato de travessia: quero contar de maneira poética através de registros do processo como fui capaz de sair do estado depressivo para um de constante renovação através da criação, o que Fayga Ostrower (1999) chama de “tensão psíquica”. Exponho este trabalho em seus pormenores em uma pesquisa como uma forma de narrar que, ao interligar o criar e o viver, toda transformação se faz possível. |
| Abstract: | The work I present began with an exploration of the theme of “melancholy,” and aimed to report my personal experience with depression, seeking to shed some light on the subject. Over time, however, the territory expanded and became more complex: just as I was able to overcome the state of melancholic inertia, I also expanded my horizons beyond the pain and my psychological suffering. In this way, I present a story of a journey: I want to tell in a poetic way through records of the process how I was able to leave the depressive state for one of constant renewal through creation, which Fayga Ostrower (1999) calls “psychic tension.” I present this work in detail in a research study as a way of narrating that, by connecting creation and living, all transformation becomes possible. |
