Comunidades de aprendizagem empreendedora: uma proposição conceitual a partir do estudo de caso do projeto Empretecer

Abstract

Entrepreneurial education and studies related to entrepreneurship are topics that are gaining prominence both in the corporate environment and in educational and research institutions, and this fact may be related to a social adaptation in the notions of how to improve living standards. However, it is identified that, although these topics are increasingly in vogue, there are nuances between white entrepreneurship and Afro-entrepreneurship that are sometimes not considered relevant. With Afro-entrepreneurs and black entrepreneurs as the focus of this study, it can be stated that the understanding of context, history and culture is of great importance to structure strategies, projects and actions that seek the socioeconomic development of these groups. Through interviews with entrepreneurs who participated in the Empretecer project, it was necessary to understand how this project in question contributed to the improvement of both their ventures and their individual perceptions as entrepreneurs. With the completion of the study, it is possible to identify that, in order to achieve the objective of developing Afro-entrepreneurs economically and socially, it is necessary to apply the concept of Entrepreneurial Learning Community, considering the need to address both technical topics related to business management and themes that are immersed in the cultural and social reality of these entrepreneurs. This concept is being proposed in this work in view of the results found in the research that show that the creation of an entrepreneurial learning community is the main milestone for Afro-entrepreneurship to be able to develop in the financial, cultural and social spheres, and this concept was developed after the analysis of the project in question.
