| Resumo: | As avaliações referentes às atrações e destinos turísticos vêm se tornando cada vez mais comuns em domínios online. O presente estudo busca compreender os sentimentos experienciados a partir da análise de sentimentos com base nos Online Travel Reviews (OTRs) sobre o Santuário Nacional de Aparecida no Estado de São Paulo (SP). A pesquisa é exploratória, descritiva e de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa, realizada por meio de levantamento bibliográfico sobre experiência turística, religião, emoções e sentimentos no bojo das neurociências e de dados secundários, notadamente sobre os OTRS, ou seja comentários disponíveis na plataforma TripAdvisor sobre o objeto de estudo. Utilizou-se o suporte do software NVivo® 12 - Versão release 1.7.1 para o tratamento dos dados. Os resultados demonstram a relevância não só da temática experiência turística pelo bojo da interface com as neurociências, mas do aspecto metodológico da análise de sentimentos - a partir de dados secundários - para o avanço do conhecimento científico sobre o Santuário Nacional de Aparecida no Estado de São Paulo (SP), úteis ao planejamento e gestão de experiências turísticas. |
| Abstract: | Reviews regarding tourist attractions and destinations have become increasingly common in online domains. The present study seeks to understand the feelings experienced through sentiment analysis based on Online Travel Reviews (OTRs) about the National Sanctuary of Aparecida in the State of São Paulo (SP). The research is exploratory, descriptive and qualitative and quantitative in nature, carried out through a bibliographical survey on tourist experience, religion, emotions and feelings within neurosciences and secondary data, notably on OTRS, i.e. comments available on the TripAdvisor platform about the object of study. The support of NVivo® 12 software - Version release 1.7.1 was used for data processing. The results demonstrate the relevance not only of the theme of tourist experience through the interface with neurosciences, but of the methodological aspect of sentiment analysis - based on secondary data - for the advancement of scientific knowledge about the National Sanctuary of Aparecida in the State of São Paulo.
