| Resumo: | Este trabalho focará a questão do assédio moral no trabalho, assim como, as violações cometidas diante dos valores estabelecidos na Constituição Federal de 1988, principalmente àqueles voltados à dignidade da pessoa humana. Focará também, nas disposições legais das provas em vídeo para coibir e punir este tipo de ação nos locais de trabalho, considerando que, na maioria das vezes, o assédio se trata de uma doença silenciosa, existindo uma grande dificuldade de prová-lo pelos meios normais, tanto aos superiores hierárquicos no local de trabalho, quanto às instâncias judiciais. Considera-se também, a dificuldade pela denúncia, tendo em vista, o medo e a dependência financeira por parte dos assediados, junto aos patrões, chefes e demais classes. |
| Abstract: | This work will focus on the issue of moral harassment at work, as well as the violations committed against the values established in the Federal Constitution of 1988, mainly those related to the dignity of the human person. It will also focus on the legal provisions of video evidence to curb and punish this type of action in the workplace, considering that, in most cases, harassment is a silent disease and it is very difficult to prove it by normal means, both to hierarchical superiors and to judicial instances. It is also considered the difficulty of denouncing, in view of the fear and financial dependence on the part of the harassed, with the bosses, chiefs and other classes. |
