| Resumo: | O trabalho tem como objetivo propor uma Zona Econômica Especial para o Brasil através da definição do setor a ser atraído que mais traria ganhos econômicos para o país e a região que possui melhores condições para ser sede dessa política. Para atingir essa finalidade, foram definidos os setores-chaves da economia brasileira utilizado os índices de ligações intersetoriais, obtidos através da matriz insumo-produto. A aplicação da metodologia revelou que o setor de Fabricação de químicos orgânicos e inorgânicos, resinas e elastômeros é o que tem maior potencial de gerar ganhos de comércio para o restante da economia brasileira. Além disso, possibilitou identificar a Mesorregião Metropolitana de São Paulo como a melhor área para receber uma possível implementação do modelo de ZEEs. |
| Abstract: | The project aims to propose a Special Economic Zone for Brazil by defining the sector to be attracted that would bring the most economic gains to the country and the region that has better conditions to host this policy. To achieve this purpose, the key sectors of the Brazilian economy were defined using the intersectoral linkage index, obtained through the input-output matrix. The application of the methodology revealed that the manufacturing sector of organic and inorganic chemicals, resins and elastomers has the greatest potential to generate trade gains for the rest of the Brazilian economy. In addition, it made it possible to identify the Metropolitan Mesoregion of São Paulo as the best area to receive a possible implementation of the ZEEs model. |
