Abstract

The present work aims to compare the rates of conciliatory hearings with those of decisions in the scope of state courts in 2020 and 2021, concluding on the courts that were more effective in the implementation of consensual conflict resolution methods, as guided by art. 165 of the CPC. Reasons that justify the accomplishment of this research is the continuous increase of the judicialization, mainly, in the health area and the delay in the solution of these conflicts that foments the demand for new alternatives of solution of the controversies as the methods of consensual solution. Finally, it is informed that the data will be extracted from the statistics panel of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) which will help to verify the evolution of the National Judicial Policy for the Treatment of Conflicts in the defined period.
