| Resumo: | O presente estudo destina-se a demonstrar o que compreendem a Justiça e o Direito para Marco Túlio Cícero, institutos estes distintos, porém não independentes. Almeja-se, com isto, averiguar em que medida Justiça e Direito são dissociáveis, assim como qual o grau de complementação e de interdependência entre ambos. Para tanto, com enfoque nas obras De Officiis e De Legibus, sem embargo de visitar outras obras do autor, como De Republica e Laelius De Amicitia, analisar-se-á a relação entre ambas as ideias, suas origens, alicerces e manifestações práticas. |
| Abstract: | The present study is designated to comprehend the concepts of justice and Law for Marcus Tullius Cicero, distinct of each other, but not independent between them. The aim here is to detect in what measures the justice and the law are separable, as the amounts of complementation and interdependence between them. Therefore, focusing on the works De Officiis and De Legibus, with no objection to concentrate on another writes of the author, such as De Republica and Laelius De Amicitia, will be analyzed the relation of both ideas, their origins, foundations and practices manifestations. |
