| Resumo: | O presente artigo tem como intuito primordial abordar sobre o instituto da alienação parental. A ocorrência da alienação parental provém de situações decorrentes das dissoluções conjugais litigiosas, seja de casamento, união estável ou simples namoros. Pais travam batalhas judiciais devido à separação, propagando efeitos prejudiciais aos seus filhos. As consequências dessa ação litigiosa poderá causar pânico, depressão dentre outros problemas psicológicos aos menores envolvidos. Deste modo o presente artigo tem o intuito primordial quebrar os paradigmas de que os filhos são propriedades dos pais. As crianças e os adolescentes têm o direito de viver com seus genitores, sendo estes direitos garantias fundamentais, indisponíveis e invioláveis. |
| Abstract: | The main purpose of this article is to address the institute of parental alienation. The occurrence of parental alienation comes from situations arising from litigious marital dissolutions, whether marriage, stable union or simple dating. Parents fight legal battles due to separation, propagating harmful effects to their children. The consequences of this litigation may cause panic, depression among other psychological problems to the minors involved. Thus, this article has the primary purpose of breaking the paradigms that children are the property of their parents. Children and adolescents have the right to live with their parents, and these rights are fundamental, unavailable and inviolable guarantees. |
