| Resumo: | O presente artigo científico tem por finalidade averiguar a situação da população LGBTQIA+ em situação de cárcere no Brasil e também analisar seus direitos humanos conquistados nesse ambiente. Isso porque é fato notório que as prisões brasileiras são ambientes já fragilizados para qualquer população, porém merece destaque analisar quais direitos estão sendo violados dessa população em específico e destacar quais foram as conquistas adquiridas por eles e quais estão sendo respeitadas. Também é importante fazer uma análise de como pode melhorar a situação na prática, pois é muito comum na atualidade conquistar direitos no papel e na realidade estes não serem respeitados, seja por falta de preparo ou falta de acompanhamento. |
| Abstract: | This scientific article aims to investigate the situation of the brazilian LGBTQIA+ population in prison and also to analyze their human rights conquered in this environment. This is because it’s a well-known fact that Brazilian prisons are already fragile environments for any population, but it is worth mentioning to analyze which rights are being violated with this specific population and to highlight what were the achievements acquired by them and which are being respected. It is also important to analyze how the situation can be improved in practice, as it is very common nowadays to conquer rights on paper and in reality these are not respected, either due to lack of preparation or lack of follow-up. |
