Sentir, pensar, agir e (trans)formar: tessituras sensíveis na docência

Abstract

This research is part of the theme of teacher training, bringing for the center of our investigation sphere, sensitivity and teacher transformation. Its main objective was to problematize a formation that brings human sensitivity in focus, enhancing a (trans)formation, that is, a formation that goes beyond technical and one-dimensional knowledge. It is a research with a qualitative approach, which took place in the form of a workshop, inspired by the theoretical-methodological concepts of research-education and narrative investigation. Narratives produced by the teachers during the workshop were used as research materialities. It is believed that this study can contribute to the reflections that circumscribe teacher training, as it considers it not only a technical-intellectual training, but a training of the human person in its entirety. This statement comes from the data analysis of this study, since it was possible to find in the teachers' narratives, evidence of (trans)formation, pointing to the possibility of the transcendence of the human being.
