| Resumo: | O presente artigo científico aborda a temática do preconceito racial existente em nossa sociedade. Traz consigo casos de preconceito racial ocorridos nos campos de futebol espalhados por todas as regiões do Brasil, com o objetivo de levantar a discussão que permeia não somente a esfera do futebol, mas também a esfera da vida cotidiana. São relatadas, também, as formas punitivas que a legislação brasileira trás para regulamentar a atividade ilícita tanto da injuria racial, quanto do racismo. Com enfoque maior no preconceito racial envolvendo o ambiente do futebol, o artigo deixa claro o motivo de ainda existir tal crime diante de um esporte tão popular. O resultado deste artigo está no sentido de encontrar maneiras de coibir a prática desses atos. |
| Abstract: | This scientific article addresses the issue of racial prejudice existing in our society. It brings with it cases of racial prejudice that occurred on soccer fields spread across all regions of Brazil, with the aim of raising the discussion that permeates not only the soccer sphere, but also the sphere of everyday life. The punitive forms that Brazilian legislation brings to regulate the illicit activity of both racial injury and racism are also reported. With a greater focus on racial prejudice involving the football environment, the article makes it clear why such a crime still exists in such a popular sport. The result of this article is to find ways to curb the practice of these acts. |
