Contribuição do planejamento do trabalho educativo para o alcance dos objetivos da ação pedagógica na educação física escolar

Abstract

The present thesis is motivated by the defense of the planning of educational work as an essential activity for pedagogical actions in physical education. This study needs to know the general structure of planning and how its knowledge enables teachers to support for the achievement of the objectives of pedagogical action in physical education. This problem stems from the finding that planning has been relegated by physical education teachers, due to the following factors: its reduction in the fulfillment of bureaucratic demands; vision as being a task only for the beginning of the school year; lack of theoretical basis for its elaboration; that experience replaces it, among others. Therefore, the general objective of this research is to analyze how the planning of educational work contributes to the achievement of the objectives of pedagogical action in school physical education. To reach it, the following specific objectives are outlined: to discuss the need to overcome the relationship of educational planning with the interests of capital in Brazilian social education; to analyze what is the concept of planning and its connection with the political, social and cultural dimensions of the school, as well as its implications for physical education; to analyze the psychic process that involves the action of planning; investigate how planning has been addressed in physical education. In order to achieve these purposes, a bibliographic research and the study of the state of the art of the theme of planning in its connection with physical education will be carried out. It is based on the assumptions that the work category is a founding activity of the social being, of historical-dialectical materialism as a method of analysis of concrete reality, of historical-critical pedagogy as a pedagogical conception, of historical-cultural psychology in its relation to the pedagogical conception and of the critical-overcoming approach in physical education by defending the transmission of body culture as knowledge. The results of the research allowed the defense of the thesis by revealing that the planning of the pedagogical activity is a process of meanings captured by the individual, from the translation of the objectives reflected in the consciousness. Consequently, voluntary actions and operations aimed at achieving educational purposes are established. Thus, the planning, by condensing the content, form and recipient of the activity, contributes to physical education by conferring the awareness and intentionality of body culture activities oriented to the formation of thought by complex concepts and behaviors
