dc.description.abstractThe present work had as its theme the Brazilian LGPD, which is the context translation from the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This work search for, through literature review, identify which sectorial regulation model proposed by the Brazilian Data Protection National Authority (ANPD). It was observed that the sectorial regulation, once characterized by the command and control system that is quite prescriptive and eminently sanctioning and repressive, presents as trend the conversion for a model guided by responsive practice. This has the characteristics, among others, the cooperation between parties and the improvement of the relationships with the regulated, that they now can be characterized by transparency and for the dialog.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho teve como tema a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, buscando, por meio da revisão de literatura, identificar qual o modelo de regulação setorial proposto pela Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados. Observou-se que a regulação setorial, outrora caracterizada pelo sistema de comando e controle, bastante prescritivo e eminentemente sancionatório e repressivo, apresenta como tendência a conversão para um modelo pautado pela prática responsiva. Ela tem como característica, entre outras, a cooperação entre as partes e melhoria das relações com os regulados, que passam a ser caracterizadas pela transparência e pelo diálogo.pt_BR
