| Resumo: | Séculos de desigualdades sociais no que tange à mulher, levou-as à luta por reconhecimento e paridade de direitos face aos homens, estes, em franca vantagem social com relação a elas. O fenômeno desencadeador desse embate social foi o “empoderamento” feminino, visível na gradual conquista da mulher por “voz” e “vez” no seio da sociedade, configurados por sua inserção no mercado de trabalho em cargos e funções, antes, essencialmente masculinos. |
| Abstract: | Centuries of social inequalities concerning women have led them to fight for recognition and equal rights with men, who have a clear social advantage over them. The phenomenon that triggered this social struggle was the "empowerment" of women, visible in the gradual achievement of women's "voice" and "turn" within society, configured by their insertion in the labor market in positions and functions, before, essentially male. |
