| Resumo: | Este artigo buscará analisar a melhoria dos resultados do estado de Alagoas no Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e entender os motivos para Alagoas ter apresentado uma melhora na qualidade da sua educação nas edições de 2015, 2017 e 2019 do IDEB. O estado de Alagoas obteve um crescimento no índice de Educação Básica, IDEB, saindo da pior nota do país, em 2011 e 2013, para um crescimento que o levou a se tornar o segundo estado com maior aumento do índice IDEB nas edições seguintes. A partir disso pretendemos apresentar os dados de Alagoas e possíveis mudanças nas políticas públicas que podem ter contribuído para essa melhoria. Para isso o enfoque será nos dados educacionais e os desdobramentos realizados pela Secretaria de Estado da Educação. Além disso, olharemos as formas como os agentes educacionais abordam os seus trabalhos, e entender como todas essas alterações podem ter levado a melhora do índice educacional do estado. |
| Abstract: | This article will analyze the improvement in the results of the state of Alagoas in the Basic Education Development Index and understand the reasons why Alagoas has shown an improvement in the quality of its education in the 2015, 2017 and 2019 editions of IDEB. The state of Alagoas had a growth in the Basic Education index, IDEB, leaving the worst score in the country, in 2011 and 2013, for a growth that led it to become the second state with the highest increase in the IDEB index in the following editions. From this we intend to present data from Alagoas and possible changes in public policies that may have contributed to this improvement. For this, the focus will be on educational data and the developments carried out by the State Department of Education. In addition, we will look at the ways in which educational agents approach their work, and understand how all these changes may have led to an improvement in the state's educational index. |
