| Resumo: | O presente trabalho objetiva contemplar a discussão acerca da pertinência da facilitação da posse e porte de armas de fogo. Se pautando em análise histórica da legislação nacional sobre o tema, intenta aferir a evolução do tratamento conferido ao tópico ao longo dos anos. Em outro eixo, busca trazer dados acerca dos reais efeitos de políticas armamentistas na sociedade, em vias de compreender e analisar a motivação por trás da recente onda armamentista. |
| Abstract: | The following study aims to contemplate the discussion that surrounds the facilitation of firearms carrying. Through historic analysis of national laws concerning the theme, intends to contemplate the evolution of the topic throughout the years. By other axis, aims to bring data concerning the real effect of right to carry politics on society, in the process of understand and analyze the bias behind recent trend leaning towards flexibilization of current laws. |
