| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o conceito de crime e função da pena presente na obra “ Crime e Castigo” de Fiódor Dostoiévski , visando identificar a visão do autor acerca do tema. Para isso , será tomada como base principal a narrativa em questão, partindo do estudo da construção do protagonista com o intuito de delinear a ideia de crime moral de Dostoiévski. Do mesmo modo, buscou-se analisar a função da sanção penal presente no livro, a qual se tinge da religiosidade do autor ao assumir um caráter expiatório, um meio de redenção para o criminoso em pecado. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to analyze the concept of crime and the function of the penalty present in the work “Crime and Punishment” by Fiódor Dostoevsky, aiming to identify the author's view on the subject. For this, the narrative in question will be taken as the main basis, starting from the study of the construction of the protagonist in order to delineate Dostoevsky's idea of moral crime. Similarly, we sought to analyze the function of the criminal sanction present in the book, which is tinged with the author's religiosity by assuming an expiatory character, a means of redemption for the criminal in sin. |
