| Resumo: | O presente trabalho analisa o desafio da inserção de transexuais no esporte. O objetivo geral é apresentar um panorama dos aspectos legais que envolvem o tema, tendo como marco inicial a alteração no registro civil. Este trabalho não objetiva estabelecer nenhum juízo de valor acerca do assunto, uma vez que a Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988 garante tratamento isonômico a todos os cidadãos. Este estudo também propõe a Transdisciplinaridade como auxiliar para decisões humanistas sobre o tema na esfera do Direito. |
| Abstract: | The present work deals with the challenge of inserting transsexuals in sport. The general objective is to present an overview of the legal aspects that involve the theme, having as a starting point the change in the civil registry. This work does not aim to make any value judgment on the subject, since the 1988 Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil guarantees equal treatment to all citizens. This study also proposes Transdicinarity as an aid to humanistic decisions on the subject in the sphere of Law. |
