| Resumo: | Considerando as barreiras existentes ao desenvolvimento de tecnologias verdes, a colaboração entre inventores surge como uma ferramenta útil. Uma vez que a estrutura da rede de colaborações formada entre agentes influencia diretamente os resultados obtidos individualmente e do grupo como um todo, o presente trabalho tem objetivo de analisar a evolução das características estruturais da rede de copatenteamento de tecnologias verdes formada por diferentes países ao longo do período 1997-2016. Para tal, a metodologia escolhida foi a de Análise de Redes Sociais, que permitiu analisar a rede tanto visualmente como quantitativamente. Os resultados encontrados apontam que a rede cresceu em termos de países participantes e laços formados entre eles. Em todos os períodos, a rede apresentou uma estrutura bastante centralizada em um pequeno grupo de países principais, no qual Estados Unidos, Grã-Bretanha, Alemanha, França e Canadá merecem destaque. Países emergentes como Índia e China merecem atenção pela evolução apresentada ao longo do período analisado, uma vez que conseguiram, nos últimos períodos, alcançar posições bastante centrais na rede. |
| Abstract: | Considering the existing barriers to the development of Green Technologies, the collaboration between inventors arises as a useful tool. Once the structure of the network of collaboration formed between agents has a direct influence on the results obtained individually and for the group as a whole, this work has the objective of analyzing the evolution of the structural characteristics of the Green Technologies co-patenting network formed by different countries, during the period 1997-2016. For such, the methodology chosen was the Social Network Analysis, that allowed analyzing the network visually and also quantitatively. The results point out that the network grew in terms of countries and ties formed between them. In all the periods, the network presents a structure very centralized in a small group of main countries, in which United States, Great Britain, Germany, France and Canada stand-out. Emerging countries such as India and China deserve attention for their evolution over the analyzed period, once they achieved, in the last periods, very central positions in the network. |
