| Resumo: | O presente artigo pretende demonstrar as modificações do artigo 42, iniciando-se sob a perspectiva da Lei nº 9.615 de 24 de Março de 1998, perpassando pela Lei 12.395 de 2011, para então analisar a Medida Provisória 984, de 18 de junho de 2020. Para tanto, utilizar-se-á o método de revisão bibliográfica e aplicação de questionário, afim de, observar os impactos das mudanças propostas às principais agremiações de futebol do país e os respectivos sindicatos de atletas profissionais. |
| Abstract: | This article intends to demonstrate the modifications of article 42, starting from the perspective of Law No. 9,615 of March 24, 1998, going through Law 12,395 of 2011, to then analyze Provisional Measure 984, of June 18, 2020. To this end, the method of bibliographic review and questionnaire application will be used, in order to observe the impacts of the changes proposed to the main soccer associations in the country and the respective unions of professional athletes. |
