| Resumo: | Partindo-se da análise do aumento da atividade legislativa acerca das relações trabalhistas, bem como de dados que dão conta do aumento substancial da massa salarial durante a última década no país, este trabalho de conclusão de curso buscou verificar a existência da intenção em rebaixar os salários nos instrumentos legais editados no Brasil entre 2017 e 2020. A pesquisa foi traçada a partir do constructo teórico da crítica da economia política e, ao fim, utilizou-se de uma análise imanente dos textos legais selecionados. Concluiu-se pela existência de tal intencionalidade, tanto de maneira explícita na letra da lei, quando pela permissividade do rebaixamento salarial através de práticas fraudulentas. |
| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of the increase in legislative activity about labor relationships, and also considering data that account for the substantial growth of Brazil’s mass of wage over the past decade, this undergraduate thesis sought to verify the existence of the intention to lower the wages on legal instruments issued in Brazil between 2017 and 2020. This research was outlined based on the critique of political economy theoretical construct and, in closing, used an immanent analysis of the selected legal texts. It was concluded that there was such intentionality, both explicitly in the letter of the law, and in the permissiveness of lowering wages through fraudulent practices. |
