| Resumo: | O presente artigo avalia, de forma crítica, a utilização da técnica auxiliar terapêutica denominada Constelação Familiar no âmbito do judiciário. O objetivo deste estudo é realizar uma análise crítica ao meio pouco eficaz de resolução de conflitos mais utilizado atualmente, apontando formas alternativas de alcançar uma diminuição significativa no número de demandas judiciais. Para desempenhar essa análise, será utilizado o processo metodológico de revisão bibliográfica e documental, com base em um estudo comparativo do conteúdo de vários autores, utilizando-se do método hipotético-indutivo. Para tanto, será considerada a criação teórica desenvolvida por Bert Hellinger, a fim de alcançar o equilíbrio das relações humanas. Por fim, sem a pretensão de esgotar a temática, conclui-se que apesar da técnica da Constelação Familiar não depender de investimentos estruturais, ela ainda é pouco difundida e aplicada no judiciário brasileiro. |
| Resumen : | This article critically assesses the use of the therapeutic auxiliary technique called Family Constellation in the context of the judiciary. The objective of this study is to carry out a critical analysis of the ineffective means of conflict resolution most used today, pointing out alternative ways to achieve a significant decrease in the number of lawsuits. To perform this analysis, the methodological process of bibliographic and documentary review will be used, based on a comparative study of the content of several authors, using the hypotheticalinductive method. For this purpose, the theoretical creation developed by Bert Hellinger will be considered, in order to achieve the balance of human relations. Finally, without the intention of exhausting the theme, it is concluded that although the Family Constellation technique does not depend on structural investments, it is still not widespread and applied in the Brazilian judiciary. |
