O poder do tordo: uma experiência na criação de trajes de festa com diálogos pelo figurino de Katniss Everdeen

Abstract

The work presented here aims to develop three Party dresses developed from a research based on the costumes of the main character Katniss Everdeen of the trilogy of the films Hunger Games, written by Suzanne Collins. The project was based on the choice of two films from the trilogy, Greedy Games and Greedy Games: In Flames directed by Gary Ross for the first and Francis Lawrence for the second. With academic character were gathered historical data related to the history of cinema and the participation of fashion in this field, based on bibliography, whose authors are references in the area of fashion, cinema and philosophy. In a first phase, the study was based on a theoretical research analyzing the cinematographic works through the costumes of the character Katniss Everdeen. From these studies, in the second phase came the inspiration for the creation 15 sketches of Festa fashion dresses that met the characteristics and desires of the target audience of the brand Ateliê Letícia Coelho. At the end of the project, three dresses are constructed in practical terms, thus, we have as a result a collection of clothes for the Spring / Summer Party 2017/18, which carry remarkable features of the person analyzed, presented in a fashion publishing company called The Power of the Thrush.
