| Resumo: | Para a realização do presente trabalho foram realizados estudos acerca dos transtornos de personalidade sociopatia e psicopatia, da definição de (in)imputabilidade e do complexo conceito de serial killers, por meio da teoria do FBI, baseada nos pensamentos de R obert K. Ressler e John Douglas, complementando a ainda com outras teorias. Por fim, foi realizado uma análise detalhada dos casos concretos de Edmund Kemper e Ted Bundy, possibilitando assim, concluir pela necessidade deste indivíduos serem considerados i nimputáveis e receberem consequentemente medidas de segurança compatíveis com o perigo que representam para a sociedade, de modo a impedir possíveis novos crimes. |
| Abstract: | For the accomplishment of the present work, studies on the personality disorders sociopathy and psychopathy, the definition of (in) imputability and the complex concept of serial killers were made, through the FBI theory, based on the thoughts of Robert K. Ressler and John Douglas, complementing it with other theories. Finally, a detailed analysis of the concrete cases of Edmund Kemper and Ted Bundy was carried out, making it possible to conclude that these individuals should be consid ered unimputable and consequently should receive security measures compatible with the danger they represente to society, in order to prevent possible new crimes. |
