Assim, as condições e a organização do trabalho impactam no desgaste e no prazer do trabalhador.
Abstract: Work is considered not only as a form of subsistence, but also an element that is part of the subjectivity of each human being, which can generate frustrations, expectations and helping to constitute the personality. In this context, the work is seen as both a form of pleasure and suffering, requiring investigations into the relationship between health and work, to identify which factors would be associated. Thus, the conditions and organization of the work impact on the worker's suffering and pleasure. It is essential to understand the person's interaction with the work environment, because from this investigation it is possible to broaden the understanding of the risk factors involved in the health-illness process at work, as well as from the data obtained from exploratory studies, auxiliary in the planning and elaboration of interventions so that they can contribute to the promotion of health, rehabilitation and the improvement of the quality of life at work. The present dissertation carried out a qualitative study with the purpose of identifying the factors that in the perception of the administrative assistants at the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (UFJF) have implications on the feelings of pleasure and attrition at work, exploring the relationship between organization and working conditions, aiming at apprehending the opinions, anxieties, fears, motivations and interests in the work context. In order to conduct the study, it was adopted a sample of twenty administrative assistants who joined the institution in the period from 2013 to 2016.
