A justiça em Aristóteles e sua incompatibilidade com o atual estímulo à conciliação na Justiça do Trabalho

Abstract

This article will analyze and understand the theory of justice elaborated by the philosopher Aristotle, with attention to all existing types of justice in society and its subdivisions. Afterwards, this theory will be confronted with a contemporary problem of law, the great stimulus to the conciliation existing in the Labor Court, often motivating the renunciation of rights. In this way, it was possible, from the philosopher's ideas, to judge whether the current aspiration for conciliation between the parties is in accordance with corrective justice and whether it is really effective to be such a strong ally of the jurisdictional power.
