A dimensão socioeducativa do trabalho do assistente social: um recorte nas particularidades do trabalho técnico social no programa “Minha Casa, Minha Vida”

Abstract

The dissertation presented here has as object of analysis the socio educative dimension of the work of social workers , with the cut of analysis work done by social workers inserted in urban policy . The objective is to understand the determinations of socio dimension and apprehending its social direction and content. so it was discussed the fundamentals of professional work inserted within capitalist social relations, to apprehending the ideological character that permeates professional work, as well as its political potential from the critical guidance of project hegemonic social work profession. From this point, we sought to characterize the elements of professional work approaching the critical dimension socioeducative of the guideline of professional project. Still approached the reproduction of capitalist social relations and their connections with daily life, space and territory, categories that were also the subject of analysis in the search for understanding of the proposed object. Investigated the socioeducative dimension of the work of social workers inserted in performing the technical work linked to social “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” from the interviews and analysis of policy documents produced by the government. The results show the challenges for the construction of a socioeducative dimension of the work of social workers linked to critical guidance due to the sale of certain work by working conditions of social workers in this field.
