Periódicos da área de Direito: uma abordagem empírica

Abstract

This paper derives from data collection and analysis of the Brazilian journals classified by the Qualis/CAPES criteria in the field of Law. Methodologically, this research promotes empirical analyses taking into account the rules of inference and the theoretical framework of morality of duty and aspiration. The main conclusion is that there is a tendency to disregard the traditional proprietary patterns by the national legal journalsin order to offer free and open scientific content.
