O modelo dinâmico aplicado a uma pequena empresa de serviços

Abstract

The present work had as its purpose the application of the Dynamic Model proposed by Michel Fleuriet to a small company of the service sector of Juiz de Fora. The theme was developed to analyze the financial health of the organization and propose actions that can contribute to the development of the company. A bibliographic review was carried out on the subject, involving cash flow, balance sheet, financial indicators and, mainly, the dynamic model. In order to carry out the analyzes, the indicators considered pertinent to the case were calculated, and later a conclusion on the financial health of the case studied. Such studies were fundamental to apply the dynamic model and evaluate the financial management, always aiming the development of the organization. Throughout the study the importance of the knowledge about the subject is perceived, and as such information contributes in the decision making. It is worth mentioning that there were identified failures regarding the accounting entry of the information in the balance sheet, which occasionally may have affected the analysis. Finally, the results demonstrate the poor performance of the company's financial management, characterized by the difficulty in honoring short-term commitments
