A construção do vínculo das enfermeiras da estratégia de saúde da família com as gestantes HIV positivo

Abstract

Qualitative study, anchored in the Sociology of Everyday Life by Michel Meffesoli, which aims to identify nurses' perceptions regarding the construction of the bond in assisting in the Family Health Strategy with HIV-positive pregnant women and understand how this bond is built or thought in their daily lives. The concerns that led me to conduct this study arose during my tenure as a resident nurse a Unit Primary Health Care, the care provided during the prenatal period. For data collection was used to semi-structured with ten participants who agreed to participate after reading the Statement of Informed Consent interview. Information analysis was performed under the light of Reason Sensitive, which constitutes the methodological framework of the Sociology of Everyday Life. After reviewing the information, four categories emerged: 1) The bond lived and thought as supportive and humanistic care; 2) Trust as a way to build the link in the daily care of HIV positive pregnant women; 3) The bond as social cement in relation to "be / being-together" under the interactionist and logic 4) The construction of the link as a link that favors the development of health. From the analysis, it was possible to learn that nurses maintain the bond after forwarding the pregnant woman or the specialized service this bond is likely to be built right to convey them being cultivated in daily life, through actions of solidarity and guided care humanistic aspects of our profession, through the relations of trust between nurses and pregnant. In this relationship, the nurse sees the possibility of being-together to pregnant women, providing actions that enable it to keep up on the unit.
