dc.description.abstractThe work combines theory struggle for recognition of Axel Honneth with the notion of dignity proposed by Ronald Dworkin in his latest book, Justice for Hedgehogs. From this relationship it is proposed that the feeling of self-worth is constituted in the formation of self-respect and self-esteem. It investigates the relationship between this feeling of self-worth and legal recognition promoter of self-respect, noting how the drug war through acts of offense to the dignity and restrictions for this same legal recognition. For that we conduct a study of the ontological relationship between humans and psychoactives and exhibitions empirical perspective of participants focused on targets of disrespect. It is noted in the work that the drug war denies numerous fundamental rights, so that the reaction of those affected could spur an evolution of personhood contrary to the intentions of the current state and favorably to the full realization of the right.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO trabalho combina a teoria da luta por reconhecimento de Axel Honneth com a noção de dignidade proposta por Ronald Dworkin em seu último livro, Justiça para Ouriços. A partir desta relação propõe-se que o sentimento de valor próprio se constitui tanto dentro da formação do auto-respeito como da auto-estima. Daí investiga-se a relação entre este sentimento de valor próprio e o reconhecimento jurídico promotor do auto-respeito, notando-se como a guerra às drogas atua por meio de ofensas à dignidade e restrições a este mesmo reconhecimento jurídico. Para tanto se realiza um estudo da relação ontológica entre seres humanos e psicoativos, bem como exposições empíricas focadas na perspectiva dos participantes alvos dos desrespeitos. Nota-se na pesquisa que o Estado nega aos alvos da guerra às drogas inúmeros direitos fundamentais, de modo que a reação dos atingidos poderia impulsionar uma evolução da condição de pessoa contrariamente às intenções atuais do Estado e favoravelmente à realização plena do direito.pt_BR
