A assimilação dos opostos como ideia arquetípica da justiça

Abstract

Justice in his primordial form does not happen when there is a setence – a punishment or a distribution – this is just a symbolic expression of the arquetype of Justice. When this one acts requires the assimilation of the opposites from the understanding the dual reality, in a sense that to understand the good it is necessary to campare it with the evil, for the justice, the injustice is the factual support required for the apprehension of reality, in his all complexity, psysical and energy. In order that the arquetype of Justice was not repressed, therefore, it demands the perception of the dualism and the consequent necessity of union opposite poles, which happens naturally, since the man manages to follow the orders of nature, even though this is a stoic task. With the nature Law bias of greco-roman school of the stoá (estoicism) and, in na interdisciplinary way, with the analytical psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, this graduation final project aims to deepen, inside the Theory of Justice, all the senses that this one could have, whitout fear of seeking justification in spiritual, symbolic, mythological and historical sciences. Finally, looking at ways to become more and more just, in a process of internalization and respect with near one, in which to be able to hear, with otherness, is the pressupposed of the jurist, whether the magistrate, what judges the tangible case and , even , the citizen , who is all the time interpreting the rules and ways of life, are those developed by the law of men , are by the law of nature.
